Documents / Contracts are good for when someone tries to chargeback, a partner quits, someone doesn't go through with an order and even good to have when hiring new staff so that they don't give out disclosed information.
All of these documents will back you up in any financial report/case that gets filed against you.
The main thing when writing a document is to not hide anything. I have had a lot of people come up to me and asking me if I can trick their customers into doing something they haven't read. Please do not ask me to hide anything from your customers when I write you a document.

How would I add my server name / name to a template?
When I send you a template, You will see a lot of (Server Name), (Partners name).
OR (Name of investor) (amount given) (ROI). Things like that. All you need to do is open a word document. Paste the document into it and edit any of the brackets.
Custom terms, and contracts can be edited by me at any given moment upon your wish. That explains the increase in money.
You will pay me for your order, I will then send you your documents in an E-MAIL.
Give me at least 2 and a half hours to get your order completed. (Custom Documents)
And give me at least a hour to send you your template.
