hey. so i have everything setup i just don't want to get into any trouble with paypal or the gov. is it legal for me to open a "booter" but under the tos i write that i am not responsible and its only made to test on your servers and stuff?

If you live in the U.S. It could possibly be illegal under the computer fraud and abuse act. You would probably have to state that it is for ediactional purposes only. Not 100% sure its acurate but just do research.

Right but I am just uncertain when someone may use it against someone elses services. If it was you probably wouldnt get in much trouble as there are booter sites with alot more clients than what you may get
