So, I have this Mc Sever can someone claim they made up the name and sue me if I own the domain? The guy was a past owner btw.

Unless the name is trademarked or copyrighted or legally protected by other means, no. A name or word is not enough to sue over. It's not worth it for them to file a lawsuit anyway.
