This is voluntary, there is no payment, we are affiliated with Microsoft's EULA, abide by the Discord TOS and XenForo TOS.

This doesn't make any sense, "affiliated with Microsoft's EULA". You mean you follow the Minecraft EULA, which you must follow by law. You go on to say you abide by the "Discord TOS" and "XenForo TOS" which, again, you have to follow by law. This isn't unique to you. If you don't follow their EULA then your service will be terminated.

Also, you are in no way affiliated with Microsoft, Minecraft, Discord, or XenForo.

Ten of every role? That seems extremely excessive unless you have high projections of players upon release.. if not, you'll have far too many staff members (if you fill all of those roles without a good playerbase on launch, you will have 54 staff members and likely less players.)

I would rethink that a bit.. otherwise, good luck!

"Affiliated with Microsoft EULA" that sentence makes absolutely no sense. Mojang still owns Minecraft, meaning it is the Minecraft EULA, Mojang is owned my Microsoft, it's like saying I ate a Yum Brands taco and vomited, Taco Bell is owned by Yum Brands but that doesn't mean the parent company made it. Secondly, affiliation means you are directly working with the brand, which is something that you are not doing. Also, good for you for following companies terms of service, but nobody cares, that is generally assumed when you are using a product.

Addressing issue number two, not only did you provide exactly zero information regarding anything about the server aside from the fact that it is a minigame server and you have the server whitelisted, meaning someone looking to apply has absolutely no idea what they're applying for. Also, unless you plan to have 10,000 players on launched, I really do not understand why you need 54 staff and 4 owners.
