Lemurrr - Community Management / Administrative Postion

Hello everyone in which is reading this,
I am Lemurrr. I am making this thread in search of a management or an administrative position on a staff team! I will be open to both paid and unpaid options but I will need to discuss the work load the server will cover. I will be open to any offer thrown at me but please do make sure it is reasonable!
Just so everyone knows I do know how to write various things for servers like Staff Template, Staff Handbook, and such. I admittedly have had no major experience in being in management but there is always a first time for everything!

CrabCraft - Small Server

Crabcraft was a Small minecraft server created between me and a group of friends. It was a small server getting not much people and a staff amount of about 10. We shut it down due to IRL conflicts. We hadn’t done the best hosting at the time but it had improved my knowledge in moderation as I had been one of the three owners and learned difficulty of hosing.

PrimeMC - Large Spread Minecraft Server
Reason removed - Resigned
Work time - Aug. 3. 2017 - Oct. 14. 2017
Prime MC is a Minecraft server in which had a massive player base. It was a very good experence as it taught me personally a ton about minecraft server moderation especially due to the massive player base. It was an amazing experience due to this as I had created friendships and had learned tons about moderation. It had improved my maturity, and writing skills. Here I would worry about in-game punishments and dealt with Bugs, Glitches, and Troubleshooting on this server. Due to the improved writing skills I will be eligible to write important documents such as a handbook, templates, etc.

I was demoted on Prime as a first time experience - I had previously been a staff before my recent resignation. As you can see that is from about 1 year ago. Therefor I have gotten another chance and had reapplied. I had not been entirely fit for the position and was demoted due to that. If you wish ask a staff in which was is currently on the team. Hello! Before actually saying to the McMarket community that you are looking for something or can offer something like this, I suggest you work on your reputation. It’s way easier to get jobs when you atleast have one reputation. I suggest you start off with doing small jobs, and hopefully get a reputation off that. Have a nice day!

Vouch! This person here is amazing. I've worked alongside with him on prime once although I left 1 week later due to issues I've been facing. But during that time, I see that Lemurrr/Trevor is an extremely friendly and mature person, and he has the potential to do such things.
