I know HTML/CSS/PHP/SQL and Bootstrap (just a CSS framework). Pm if you're interested in any.

If you’re not willing to pay someone to teach you, I highly suggest w3schools or tutorialspoint. Both great websites where I’ve learnt and still continue to learn from. As long as you’ve got an internet connection and effort you can do it.

Feel free to PM me for my discord if you need help now and again, I don’t mind giving it when you need.

First, learn the language, then mess with the frameworks. It'll make your life MUCH easier when you already know HTML and CSS (maybe JS as well but not necessary for Bootstrap). I recommend doing what Kreativ Digital stated.
