Honestly, no one would teach you how to create Xenforo custom themes here... Best way to become good at something is the interest to look up stuff your own. That's how I got started. You should first learn basic HTML, CSS, and javascript. Then learn how Xenforo software works. There are tons of documents and tutorials that can potentially make you a decent web designer in a year or two.
