Hi I requested to cancel my server as I don't want it anymore and it has not been cancelled you charged me $5 again yesterday. Please can you refund the $5 and cancel my hosting.
You will have paid $5 as you probably haven't deleted the PayPal subscription. We have an article on how to cancel PayPal subscriptions here.
Please submit a ticket to receive the refund and include the transaction ID of the payment.

- What makes your prices better?
What can you offer that other hosts can't offer? (Other than customer support, you always get fucked around with customer support, big and small company's) - Do you think your company is striving through goals to be the best hosting provider?
- The improvements you have done for LethalHosting, has it been beneficial?
- With your "Minecraft Premium Plans" you have "free" trials on those plans, in your opinion are you adding cost to those plans, are we really paying for those "freebies"?

I'll be glad to answer those questions for you.
- At Lethal Hosting we do not cut costs anywhere. If there's something that will make the user-end experience, or heck even for our staff's experience, better we won't cut costs or find bad/cheap alternatives to make it happen. We will go that extra mile.
- We don't offer the cheapest prices, however we believe that we offer the most reasonable and fair pricing. As noted above, we do not go for the cheapest option, we go for the best quality which means we don't cut costs. We host on quality hardware, we don't oversell, pay staff fairly, provide absolutely free support; these benefits are what form our pricing.
- This is slightly similar to the first question, however I'll try to tackle it from a different angle. You said not to mention customer support, you're right in saying that there's a chance you get unlucky and you end up being the guy who gets the bad experience, however our relationship with our customers is something we look strongly into. If a client has a bad experience with a member of staff, the issue will be looked into and dealt with accordingly, if something needs fixing and it's genuinely our fault it's broke, compensation will be given. We do everything we can to make the experience of our customers better. Along side this (as mentioned above), we only host on high quality hardware, we don't oversell, provide absolutely free support, give extra benefits on our premium plans and various other things.
- I truly do believe that Lethal Hosting is striving through the goals to be the best hosting provider. We're constantly coming up with ways to improve our service, a good example of this is with our recent security and performance updates. We didn't need to do them, however we did them to benefit the customer. Our entire site now loads much faster (much more noticeable on our billing panel and our control panel), this benefits customers as it makes the site less tedious to work around and use. It's only something small, but steps like these are what we need to do to become the best.
- I've practically covered this in the last answer. I do believe that any improvement we do, will be beneficial. It wouldn't be an improvement if it didn't benefit anyone.
- I think you've mis-understood something here. We provide free trials of Buycraft, Enjin and Minetrends on both our premium and budget plans, these are provided on both plans, as they are free for us to provide. You can view the main differences between our two plan ranges here, however I will cover the differences. Our budget plans are hosted with OVH on E5-1650v2 processors which have 64GB of RAM and hard drives, in Canada. Our premium plans are hosted with PhoenixNAP on E3-1270v3 processors, which have 32GB RAM and solid state drives, in three locations. So, let's cover the processors first. In case you do not know already, Minecraft servers run on single threads, so having "dual core, E5-2620 amazing processors" aren't as beneficial for Minecraft servers as they have a lower clock rate. E3 processors are designed to run things on less threads and therefore generally provide better performance when it comes to hosting Minecraft servers, compared to E5 dual core processors. Secondly, the RAM; our budget servers have a lot more RAM so there will "technically" be twice as many servers running on one processor, on our budget servers, when compared to our premium servers, so performance will be impacted by this. I don't think I need to cover the difference between HDD and SSDs as it's quite well-known. So just by the pure spec of the servers, it costs us a hell of a lot more to host a premium server then it does a budget server. Now, with premium we provide free web hosting, this is a benefit which also costs us money, so you are paying for that as an added benefit. Another thing is off-site backups, our premium nodes are linked to a system which backs up every single premium server we have, every day. So if you mess something up on your server, it can be quickly recovered and restored to the latest backup. So all in all, we can firmly say that you do definitely paying for the extra which you get with premium, please note that they aren't really 'freebies' (the free trials I'll agree are actually freebies, but they come with both plans).
I could have gone into more depth with these, however I didn't want to drown you with information. I hope that I've answered your questions to the degree at what you were expecting. Feel free to ask anymore, if you want more information.
