I’m looking for a serious partner to co-own (50/50) a new Minecraft network built from scratch.

I bring strong experience in backend development, infrastructure, networking, attack mitigation, and custom plugin development. I’ll handling all technical aspects such as core systems/plugins to backend/frontend code. I’m looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the community and creative side such as building, staff management, player experience and overall direction of the network.

We both have a say and we both put in the work.

What I can build initially​

  • Proxy (Velocity or some self-compiled variant)
    Network-wide systems like /lobby, /server, /playerlookup, etc
  • Lobby/Hub
    Fully custom-coded hub with server selectors (built one recently, mostly ready)
  • Survival + Economy (Global SMP)
    A long-term, feature-rich survival experience with strong social and economic systems (fully custom, not plugin-stacked)
Open to looking into other gamemodes depending on direction.

What I'm looking for from you​

  • Mature and reliable person
  • Understands or is willing to follow Minecraft EULA compliance
  • Interested in long-term growth (not a quick cash grab)
  • Comfortable managing/community-facing responsibilities
  • Not overly controlling. I would prefer we collaborate, not clash on issues

My background​

  • Co-owner & developer for a 4K+ member survival server
  • Lead backend developer for a 2K+ member Arma 3 community (32K+ joins)
  • Former co-owner of a factions server (~300 concurrent players over three months)
  • Experience across multiple FiveM/GTA communities in Dev/Admin roles
