Alright, so guess what? I am getting tired of your bullshit. So lets get something straight, cuz yall getting too much confidence.

1.Freelancers who are serious about making money are more likely than not on this website. They may be on this website, but most likely to make side money to buy some barbecue chips.

2.Talking all professional isnt fooling anybody. Real professionals dont talk like they are from the 1700's. We know you are just trying to look smart. Well guess what? Knowledge is more precious than talking big. And you aint got it.

3.For the server owners, you are NOT going to succeed, if you succeed, then congrats, you are skilled and lucky. And no, your totally unique factions/skyblock server isnt under that category.

4.For you server owners who are currently asking for an investment, no you aint gonna get it, why? Because its horrible and most likely has leaked plugins. You know how to take money from hard working individuals, but you dont have any actual money.

5.You people that think that having an "emotional support" minecraft group is good, then you are not that bright. Life and death. Thats literally whats possible, and you think a Minecrafter that gets into arguments about which enemy is better, an enderman or a creeper is going to be qualified to handle that? No. Leave it to the professionals.

6.Naming your job in a super complicated way does not make you sound smarter, it just makes you look desperate. Calling yourself a "Human Resource Manager" when all you do is handle support tickets on your minecraft server is unnecessary.

7.Putting "entrepreneur" in your bio does not mean you are a GOOD one. 90% of you are horrible anyway.

8.Having a pfp of a guy is a suit does not make you look more professional. It makes you look fake. If you are so professional, have an image of your real life self dressed in a nice attractive suit. You cant can you? I know you cant because you cant afford one. You only make $5 a month cuz ur an entrepreneur.

I agree with most of this even though it's kind of aggressive/uncalled for and isn't necessarily true for everyone (minority) that might be doing one or more of the above. I understand where you're coming from though, some users on here are just clowns.

Exactly! There's not time for bragging. The thing is most these people become professionals later and get 6 digit jobs since they began so early and had this massive headstart on the entire concurrence.

The funny part is that people who think they are getting a headstart are more worried about seeming smart and professional than actually learning anything that'll be useful, and the people who actually take the time to learn things usually end up passing MCM onto the next big thing....which is why you never really see anybody but the clowns on here...

1700s reference is probably in regards to those who use very technical jargon or very "passive/aggressive" type of syntax to other individuals. This is actually how the real world works off of, with professional language and attitudes which unfortunately is not always ideal for situations. Sometimes you're a boss trying to tell your employee "get working or I'm gonna fire you" but professionally you must send them a light reminder along the lines of "I love your work so far. I think you can work on this and that however. I expect a follow up."

Leave it to the professionals sure, that can be a valid point. But I personally have known to talk to individuals in the "Minecrafter" group that do have real life trauma experiences that could prove insightful and a conversation topic to bond over. Just because you're from a game, or a "kids game", does not mean you have to shun out emotional support. Personally, I am not one to sugar coat my words and often am viewed toxic, when I in fact claim to be honest. I have genuine care for people if I see them worthy of my attention to put effort into my words, hoping it'll make a difference in their lives. Where I say those words through discord or be it on a MC server, does not matter.

Lol, by the time kids on here or not even kids, but rather young adults move to LinkedIn, they'll have to brush up a suit and get a professional picture. I've yet to get one myself, as I don't really put in the time to go get my photo taken professionally and wear all spruced up.

You thought this site was for 40-year-old professionals with years and years of experience that would help a 10-year-old out with his/her Minecraft server?... This is a site where kids can learn new stuff and make a little bit of cash while doing so. Please, just be kind and respect one another and just stop making these kinds of posts.

I could say that you're catfishing for attention by putting "Female" in your public gender display, because many males do display themselves as female to be "unique"... but I won't, because I don't make assumptions about people without knowing them.
