• Knows how to run a minecraft server.
• Able to help with 50% of all financial agreements of the server
• Bieng able to talk anytime and any moment of the day.

• Knows a bit of how to advertise properly.

You can't judge someone by their age. I'm going to be honest a 13 year old most likely has a better chance of running a server compared to you, especially if you can't write a professional response.

Using fillers in text is most certainly not needed, "Um" should not be used to start a response.

if I were you, go back to school, get a decent English grade and come back when you can actually type and spell.

Well, Thank you for your opinion. My recent comments are not current with the top grammar corrections or not set to be even profesional. I will be taking your recent message and will take it into consideration, but aswell anyone can host a server or not completly up to the person.
