Recently the Conservatives (Right Wing) won the British election with a staggering majority. On the other hand Britain's socialist party Labour, lost the election to such a degree, which hasn't been seen since the 1930s. Some may argue the election was won on the basis of lies and unfair representation within the British media. It could also be argued that Labour's policies were unrealistic and their position on Brexit was confusing.

On that note I wanna hear your political views and which way you swing on the political spectrum. If you are "in the loop" when it comes to British politics, what did you think of the recent election?

Yes.

I am not eligible to vote, only being a 15 year old student, however, I am very interested in politics and economy.
My interests lied with the Labour party, although the results of the election show that was not as popular of an opinion as I would have hoped.

Personally, I don't think any of the parties are good. I voted for conservative because I couldn't stand seeing Labour win. They focused on the young by targeting them through social media ads and the poor by saying how they would raise the minimum wage to £10 and free uni. These people just saw all the good and didn't look at the bigger picture. They wanted to heavily increase tax for the rich, meaning they would all leave the country and move their businesses abroad. This would be a very bad idea, they would end up with less tax and fewer jobs if they moved. I also didn't want to leave the eu, but the people have made their mind up and Corbyn would have tried to stop us from leaving even though the people have made their mind up. I think we've gone so far with brexit it just needs to get done and Boris is the best man to do it.
