No, there's absolutely no requirements in those terms. Only if you want to buy/cash out on most places online, an ID, possibly other verification and bank account are required. (This is to prevent use of stolen credit cards etc.)
So you can trade bitcoin at any age, sweet!

I do have some questions to might as well get them answered.

- Is bitcoin extremely pure luck when it grows? Or does it depend on how many people buy bitcoin,etc.
(Same for ETH,LTC,Doge.)

Is it easy to invest if you somewhat know what your doing? (Based off of YouTube videos.)

If you want an iOS wallet, the only one I have personally used is CoinBase -- I hate using their exchange because you get absolutely destroyed by fees (up to 10 percent), but if you're looking for a wallet to start out with they're a good choice. They're insured for up to $250,000 per wallet, so unless their underwriter goes in the red, you're fine in the case that CoinBase is hacked or your wallet is otherwise compromised. If you are looking to store large amounts of BTC, I suggest going with a ledger.
