Yeah, basically. There are still some functional features in Supreme and Ultimate but they aren’t that useful.

If that were the only thing you get for the rank, then no. I wouldn't. The shoutbox is nice but, in my opinion, that alone isn't worth the rank.

Only real rank in my opinion that is worth it would be the Premium rank. I personally feel that the other ranks don't offer enough.

It's worth it if you can afford it and want the ability to trash your own threads and delete profile comments.
