You used to be able to use bots to quickly buy cards in bulk and level up your steam. But since Steam introduced some trade delay thing you can't do that anymore to my knowledge. Pretty sure there isn't really a most efficient way besides buying cards for games on the steam market. Please let me know if I am wrong.
