Devouch, I have a dedicated server from here and it has been offline for days. I tried contacting the owners, and none of them want to respond to my requests. Even when the server was online, I would experience network crashes.

I have to agree with Ian on this one 100%. If you were asked to update your information in the billing system which clearly asks for First Name and Last Name then you should have simply complied. I do not see why it is so difficult to just give him the requested information and have your service turned back online.
