Hello, my name is Sam (aka Lexers). I am currently offering my management skills to anyone who needs it. I will be looking into servers with a decent player-base and is well funded. I am most experienced with KitPvP, Skyblock, Survival, and Factions. I dedicate all my free time to managing servers and helping out as much as possible.
In my past experiences, I am best as a Team Manager. But have also been a server manager. Here's the breakdown --
Manager - This group of individual personnel are the global representation of the network, and are committed to the jobs of server, community, team, sales / marketing, and personal management. This role is as well accountable for running all operations of the network to avoid issuing any troubles to the owners at any given time.
My latest and yet most successful server I have thankfully managed was NanoHQ. You can check it out here. I am currently still working there but that is why I am making this post. I want to leave Nano and find a new community. Hopefully a better and more successful one. Now this next 'Spoiler' is going to be my old post looking for a position.

PrimeMC: Manager for a couple months, then was relieved of my position because they decided to find a better manager actually through MCM. I then became a manager on NanoHQ. I have made the server to what it is now with over 30 staff members actively on the server, discord, and forums.

Hello! My name is Frappings. My old account/IGN was Kosiee, now known as droppingnerds (I know, weird name). But I have come here to offer my Administrative/Management skills for anyone in need. LuminaryMC
Position: Administrator
LuminaryMC was a small server that constantly reached 5 players at any given time. It was created by a group of friends and I, in which I learned about the difficulties of managing and hosting a server. It was later shut down due to lack of motivation.
TreasureWars
Position: Moderator
This server had the highest player base I have ever moderated on before. In its prime, it had around 2-3k players a day (That was when Lachlan actually played MC). Once the server started to lose many valuable players/YouTubers, I decided to part ways with TreasureWars for the greater good for my future.
PrimeMC
Position: Staff Manager, Moderator
The second highest amount of players I have staffed on throughout my years. When I was a staff, Prime had a player base of 1000-1500 a day. Over the years, started to die off and lose its player base unfortunately. I was there for around 4 months in total, then decided to resign because of many IRL issues.
GammaMC
Position: Senior Moderator
Used to be one of my favorite servers, had a player base of 200 a day. Then died down to 50 a day. When there were about 50 players online a day, I became a moderator for Gamma. Again, deciding to part ways to find a newer and brighter server than GammaMC.
