Have you checked your servers audit log? Perhaps someone with permissions has done stuff to your server?

You don't need Java or Command line Programs to create a very basic application. In my opinion, you can just keylog yourself and each time a key is logged make it send a message to a Discord Webhook which is setup in a private server (very possible with C#) so I'm just suggesting ideas.

Since you don't have any experience with this, this is the answer if someone who knows some-what how to program should look at this for the answer.
