Hello, I am ohvals, I am developer and have been working in Java for 5 years and with the Bukkit/Spigot API for nearly 4 years. I am looking for a full-time job on preferably a potpvp network, HCF or Practice, but am interested in pretty much any mode depending on payments.

I work very efficiently, well with a team, and even better alone. I can deal with multiple databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis), I have very good documentation, and my code is very easy for other developers to read.

Ok, let me explain. I would like a plugin for rent signs and buy signs. I simply want a plugin that any user can place down and add certain things to to make a sell sign for a world guard region. Then any user can come and when they right click the sign it will disapeer transfer the money to the user who made the sign and add the person as owner to the region. (I want it also to clear the member and owner list before adding the new owner) Same system for rent signs. After the time alotted on the sign is up then the person would be unadded as member from the worldguard region. Essentially a user makes a rent sign. User clicks it and the money is tranfered to the sign maker and the user will have the region for the time specified. If a rent sign is at some point broken by staff then the rent time should go as normal without the user being able to extend there time (by clicking the sign again) or re-rent the region after the time being up. I am allready aware of plugins such as area shop but they don't work with what I am trying to do. Add me on discord if you are able to do this. (I'd also like the ability to change on a sign who the landlord is (for rent regions) so that diffrent people can be defined as who is receiving the money if the user right clicks the sign again to extend time) discord = Nova#3012
