LF: Knowledgable dev to make me a discord DM bot (paying well)

Essentially what i'd like made is a discord bot/program that will dm everyone in a specific server, a specific message, one by one.

Yes, i understand this is agaisnt TOS..
Before we get to the details, i'm willing to pay UP TO $100 (Meaning i will only pay $100 if the bot excels, otherwise don't expect nearly this much) for this, considering i've already gotten multiple people offering to sell me theirs for $20, i'd say this is damn generous. The details i'd like are why i didn't go with them.

These are the details that the bot/program MUST include:
-Multi Token/Accounts so that i can run multiple profiles at the same time
-I must be able to change the time in between each message that is sent (ex: change it from 1 dm/60 secs to 1 dm/90 seconds etc..)
-Must include a token joiner
-Must have a feature which lets the bots only message people that are online in the server
-GUI (preferred)
-It Must be able to swap through different messages to send
-It MUST be able to send messages to several different server AND if it get's banned from a server, switch to another and ignore that one (if possible)
-You must be willing/able to provide updates

I'm almost looking for a "program", rather than a bot, where i input all the verified tokens, details etc.. and just run it.

Please, if you're not 100% certain you can make this, don't bother, i've had several devs already try, and fail. I've got a working version, but not with all the features i'd like listed above.

I don't think many people would want to make this because they don't want to get banned from Discord.

Well, if they don't want to make it then they don't have to work with him. There are a lot of people that would be willing to take that risk lol
