I'm looking for a decent skin designer to create a set (6 to 12-ish) of basic Halloween-themed skins for a project for our website, NameMC.

They don't have to be super fancy but I'm shopping around so best deal will win. If I like the quality and style we can negotiate prices for a deal for a full set, and additionally, we can offer to credit you on our site where they'll be hosted if you're a commission artist looking for exposure.
We currently get around ~600k-700k+ pageviews a day and climbing.
