LF Skilled Artist for drawing/designing profile pictures

Title says it all, looking for an artist who can hand draw and add if needed add in some affects to the drawing.

I have solid ideas of what I want them based off of, and am open to a skilled artist making suggestions or going with his own thing as long as it adheres close enough to the original look.
