Okay this is pretty funny, but I paid him half the money to make me a banner right. The next day I contacted him on how the animated banner was going along and he said he was done. He sent me these banners from a free generated banner website and he said he couldn't add the logo or the stone with ores, that I wanted. And I said I wasn't paying the other half which is $5 and her started crying about it saying how I scammed him XD
