LF Valuation: 50k+ donations over 6 years, 3k disc member

Hi all, looking to get a valuation of my server:

MMORPG Style, fully custom codebase. Used to be very popular but now averages 0-5 players due to lack of updates.

Lost passion for the project and looking to sell to a new owner which will keep building the game.

Rough donations idea:
between 2020-2023, every year was 10k+
2024 - 5k
2025 - 1k
2026 - 2k

50k+ unique players.

Currently looking at 3k . Would this be a fair offer? Thank you.

I'll give you my honest opinion.

Asking for 3k for a server with 0–5 players is pretty bad. Without players there are no donations and without donations there are no investors interested in buying the project.
