Just wanted to release this simple plugin:

Stone:

• /stone: Prevents a player from picking up stone.

Cobble:

• /cobble: Prevents a player from picking up cobblestone.

Mob Drops:

• /mobdrops: Prevents a player from picking up any mob drops.
