Sales Representatives - Payroll 15%
Each Agent will be required to bring in sales for the company failed to comply with or fulfil these duties will result in a termination of the worker.

Managers -
Managers are required to run an entire department and be able to take on any task given by executive staff. Managers are required to run the departments that are assigned to the best of they're able, they will be required to have the ability to do the following.

1. Recruit staff for they're department if required
2. Manage their staff and make sure they are fulfilling their duties
3. Required to provide weekly updates/catalogue to executive staff meetings which are held every Tuesday and Thursday
4. Make sure department is running successfully running and make it a fun and great environment

Executive Staff
Secretary - UNPAID UNTIL COMPANY IS RUNNING

1. Duties:

1. Take complete and accurate minutes at all Executive Council meetings.
   
2. Type and post the meeting’s minutes after the meeting.
