Realistically, there is nothing much you can do unless if you were to get a lawyer to help you out with this. I also think you're misinterpreting licenses, if you wanted one you wouldn't be obfuscating before giving it away. License help with open-source and adds limitations and expectations of what you can do with it. If you want it to remain private, you do not want a license.

You can add the license system to multiple plugins, you just add a snipet in the code and click a 'add plugin' button on the site and it automaticaly set ups the plugin
