I've noticed Multicraft licenses and WHMCS licenses being sold here on MCM, even though selling such licenses violating the EULAs for said software. Mick stated that he would like to keep this forum 100% legal, but the sale of these licenses are allowed on this forum, regardless of the EULA for each piece of software. Personally, I don't think that this should be allowed.

I've reported this before and my reports were rejected, so I'm well aware that my opinion isn't the same as everyone else's. Regardless, I'm thought I'd bring this up, being that Mick has stated that he'd like to keep things 100% legal here and this isn't exactly 100% legal.

Lol....

It's legal, but it's breaking the company's EULA. So what? We do that with Minecraft accounts, we sell them and buy them, and it's breaking Mojang's ToS and EULA.

Breaking an EULA is considered breach of contract, which is illegal.

Here, put it this way. If you don't like what the market is doing, I'd suggest you just to suck it up. If the company doesn't have enough evidence, then it's not illegal. Easy.

Yeah, no. That's like the tree falling in the woods with no one to hear it thing. Doesn't work that way.

Welcome to MC-Market, where we sell and buy things. Here's an example... We break the Terms of Service of Mojang by selling and buying accounts. Can they do anything about it? No. What Mick means by 100% legal is to not allow things that can potentially get you in trouble with the law.

Oh, I'm aware of the accounts thing as well. I've mentioned a few times.

As for getting in trouble with the law, if you don't think you can get in trouble, than by all means do it. Don't say I didn't warn you. Violating an EULA is a breach of contract and you can also be in violation of intellectual property laws.
