MTG is going to update the actual facts on this, here is a quick insight of the actual situation, Farris Bris went along and broke the server which I ended up trying to fix, he is extremely rude and impatient. Eventually got it finished and sent him the details of the server along with the RDP, to only find that he did it again then threatened to chargeback (Which he did) but still expects the server, and now is making a scam report, we have all the "unauthorised log" from Farris Bris server, I would of been happy to refund him after the 24 hours, but since this isn't our fault for breaking the server I said I would investigate the situation and resolve it. However after threatening us I removed him from our server, for his immature and threatening behaviour.

Fishy, you guys really expect to have a lifetime vps? Shit costs money to run, you'll be lucky if you get on a vps for a day or a week. Whomever owns the machines, or has have them located somewhere he has to pay for it and they will stop paying for it.

This can not be lifetime.

After receiving your server, you broke it, and was very impatient while we were fixing it, after fixing it, you did the exact same thing, and broke it again, then asked for a refund, threatened to chargeback, threatened to give a bad feedback, that's completely unacceptable, Dip said that he will not do any further contact with Farris at the discord anymore. We will not refund you for something you did twice.
