same reason you cant give paid plugins to other users.
Thats if you are selling multiple copies of a build, if they get a custom build just for them they should be able to do what ever they want with it once they payed you for it.
Have you ever been to a amusement park and at the end of the ride there are pictures? Anyway, you have the choice of buying a copy of the photo (which is what you are doing) or you can buy the rights to the photo which he seems like he isn't letting you do. By sharing the build, you are potentially exploiting the deal which means that he can make the value of your build go to $0.
