LilyPadMC Configuration Help

Hey, so I have been working on a server and I need help configurating lilypadmc (http://www.lilypadmc.org/)

What is lilypadmc? LilypadMC is essentially bungeecord just in my opinion better. It runs smoother just the proxy is hard to setup. Thats why I need help.

What do you need help with? I need help with configurating the proxys. I will leave screenshots of what I need help with.

I am so lost on the documentation, can someone please give me a better explenation or show me how to do it. I will pay 10-50$ for the help.
