Lily's Management Service

Hi there. I'm Lily, and I am hereby offering my services as a staff manager, community manager and/or administrator. My management service is mainly, but not limited to, managing Minecraft servers. However, I may accept a job offer for any other type of companies. I am 17 years of age and am currently residing in Sweden. As for Minecraft servers, I'd prefer to work in Factions, Prison or KitPVP servers, however, if your server has potential, I might still work for it.

Management/Administration/Moderation Experience

CoveMC
CoveMC was an FFA/1v1 server, on which I had been an administrator for nearly three months. As an administrator on CoveMC, a few of my responsibilities and duties were the following - I was responsible for any bans made by our junior staff members (helpers & moderators), to ensure that they weren't false. I was also responsible for the staff interviews, server announcements, website management as well as responding to inquiries via email. The server averaged roughly 90-150 players a day, whereas I can a couple of other staff members were present - making it really busy.

TheShieldMC
CreeperFarts, now known as "Ant" on YouTube, along with PrivateFearless were the owners of this server. The server consisted of FFA and 1v1s, however, it also had amazingly cool game modes that involved football and as well PVP training against bots. I had been a staff member on TheShieldMC for roughly 2 months, which is roughly the time it was up for. I was assigned the role, Senior. Moderator and part of my responsibilities were interviewing applicants, determining whether applications should be accepted or not, reviewing ban appeals, and managing the Slack for the staff team.

Verzide
Verzide was a factions owner that I was a moderator on roughly 5 months ago. However, I believe it's having a comeback now. But that's beside the point - I was a moderator on Verzide for roughly 3 weeks until it shut down due to lack of funds (I think at least). My responsibilities on Verzide were simple - Moderating the server chat as well as the forums, which in my opinion, I did a very good job. I was a helper at first and was later promoted, meaning that someone else thought I was doing a good job as well.

What am I the best at?

I can provide you with the very best community management, financial management, and staff management. These roles would include a lot of responsibilities and duties, that I'm sure we can discuss in PMs.
