LimePvP | Looking for Admins, and Helpers

Hello Mc-Market community, I am the owner and staff manager @ LimePvP. We are not currently open but we are looking for some new staff to help keep the community clean. Here are some of the requirements:
*Must be at-least 13 years or older.
*Only be staff on one other server
*Must be able to dedicate time towards the server

What kind of benefits do admins get? What is their actual role in the server and is there pay for them?

Currently there is no pay, but admins are incharge of all punishments done by a staff member and if you get admin you will have the possibility to run the server while me or the other owner are gone
