Limit players per IP

Hiya,

I need a simple plugin made that will limit the amount of players 1 IP address can have, a great way to prevent bots from joining.

Features:
- Set amount of players per IP in the config
- Fully customisable messages
- Exempt command (eg. /ppi exempt <player>)
- UUID compatible
- When an IP overwrites the player limit, moderators will be notified via a permission (eg. They have ppi.notify, so they'll be notified).
- Needs to work via a MySQL database

Budget: ~10$ - Doesn't sound hard to make at all.

Doesn't have all the features I need. Custom messages are really important for me, since I hate messy chats.

I don't want 2 languages. I want to be able to customise the messages myself.

I still don't get the concept.

Is he trying to limit a player to only one IP?

If so, that's kind of stupid as my parents divorced and I switch households with different IP's.

md_5 (Head of Spigot) offers a plugin like this for BungeeCord which only cost $3 USD.

I'm not sure if your running BungeeCord or not but here you go. Also I'm not sure how customizable it is but I bought a plugin from md_5 before and it's did more than expected.
