limited paypal question

so my paypal is limited. BUT I have a visa card. Doesn't this mean I could transfer paypal balance to that and still use the paypal account?

no, once the paypal is limited you cannot withdraw anything but you can refund the payments.
i'm on this situation right now so i cant withdraw.

yes i tried to withdraw on my card but it won't let me. i think you can pay using card just change it on settings

it only charges like 1% to do it instant
