paypal make it difficult to people to change the email, so if people link email and get banned for scam, the email stay linked and they can not create another account with the same paypal...

You can have a temporary paypal as a scammer that closes after, and never need to fill in your real name.
However, would you like to put your real name on here? My real name can theoretically be used to find out my real address, because shit like that has to be registered with the government, and those databases aren't exactly secure. Nor are those of online webshops where you also need to fill in a real name + address. One of the many dickheads on this site could then abuse the hell out of it.
There's a reason I have a full internet alias. It's what I can use on sites like this where I dont want people to learn who I am. I have a facebook for IRL, somewhere, but barely use it.
Yes, my paypal has it, but theres a reason I use Sellfy so much. If I get the idea someone wants to fuck me over, I'll use invoices or sellfy.[DOUBLEPOST=1498562414][/DOUBLEPOST]
If I was trying to scam people on here, I wouldnt use my main paypal. I'd use several accounts, then buy stuff from a bogus online shop I set up to transfer the money to my true paypal (sending it directly might get suspicious if you have 5 unverified paypal accounts regularly sending money directly to you). That way I could have 10 unverified paypal accounts with different emails, and nobody would ever know.

or more literally, you can't improve if there's no good foundation in the first place. a paypal email is not useful. If you're looking for ways to prevent or at least reduce the chance of being scammed, check the wiki. I've got quite the extensive guide there, though unfortunately it's short on some specific sections, but thats because ive not yet found a remotely reliable way to prevent it.
Denied. People on MCM may not even use PayPal, and that doesn't make them any less reputable than someone who does. It is an interesting idea, but I think it'd be easier said than done.
