Or Psychz they will be on the east coast soon and will have good DDoS protection in their dc.Depends on your budget. If you have a smaller budget, go for OVH. If you have a larger budget, go for ReliableSite or PhoenixNAP.

If you know what you're doing, I wouldn't recommend buying a dedicated server from any company except one that is primarily in the business is selling dedicated servers (none of which have responded thus far are). Other companies generally resell dedicated servers from other hosting providers or charge higher prices. If you're on a budget, OVH is probably your best bet. If you got a decent amount of money in your pockets, there are a few high quality providers out there.
If you don't know what you're doing, then choose a company that provides quality servers for what you need and good support. Make sure the company you choose has staff that is knowledgeable in running dedicated machines with Linux. If you talk to a sales rep and it doesn't sound like they know what they are doing or they take a while to respond to questions, they most likely aren't confident that they know what they are doing, at least in my experience.
You can also get a server and have someone like myself help you get setup and teach you how to operate a server efficiently, if you aren't quite sure what you're doing. My guess though is that you've got a good idea of what you're doing, since you're looking for a dedicated server.
Reliable site may have what you are looking for. We also have servers close to NewYork, in Wilks-Barre, PA and if you are interested you can check us out here. https://mpgservers.com/Dedicated use code "dedicated10" for 10% off monthly or add us on Skype: MPGServers
Why do you need unlimited bandwidth?
