Staff members: As my experience going around, tickets can take up to weeks to get a reply for a bot error, we'll be having close every ticket resolved within 24 hours.
Promotion chances: The shoutbox will have symbols next to your name such as 'Promoter' and 'VIP'.
VIP: This is when you put 'Domain.Com' in your name and you'll have a bonus 5% Chance of winning.
Promoter: This will not increase your chances as others cannot just simply have a Twitch / Youtuber. You'll have a different color name, yes - this is too make you feel special ;P.
