List Command looking like MineHQ/Velt/Arcane or MCPvP

I know this is a simple thing to do hence why I want it free!

I need a /list command looking like this and being organized

(Please a configurable plugin I don't specifically want it to have everything from the top

Basically, it shows all the ranks at the top with the font of their name, under it will be organized from the first rank it shows on the top

Doesn't essentials do this? But in a different format.

It does but it's not doing what I would like

On essentials, it shows:
Owner: SimplyTrash
Developer: MinecraftDeveloper
Admin: TheAdmin452
Moderator: HelloGuy2
VIP: BestDonator123

I would like it to show:
Owner, Developer, Admin, Moderator, VIP
[6/500(this is the player count)] SimplyTrash, MinecraftDeveloper, TheAdmin452,,HelloGuy2, BestDonator123

So now you can tell that SimplyTrash is the owner since he has the same color and font as it shows above
MinecraftDeveloper has developer rank
TheAdmin452 has Admin rank
HelloGuy2 has moderator
BestDonator123 has VIP
