Silent punishment. Doesn't broadcast to the server that a player has been punished.

• litebans.notify.broadcast: Permission to see ban/mute/warning/kick broadcasts. True by default under Spigot.

Simply negate this permission from your default group, and you can punish without the -s, and without everyone seeing!
