Looking for a simple gui. Makes use of /punish (player) (reason) Baics.
I will supply all the information for all of the severity info and reasons.
Items and layout are up to you however you would like it done.
You can use deluxemenus chestcommands or any other plugin you would like. (Not premium)
Willing to pay $5-$15 depending on how long it takes and the customization options if possible
