Litebans messages.yml help

I have been trying for the past day to make the /history , /saffhistory and the bans, mutes etcs look how I want them. I just want the bans, mutes , unmutes etc all red. and the /staffhistory and /history with a certain look which isnt hard AT all to do. But i'm new to this all so I cant seem to do it. IF you could start a convo with me will be great !!
