Litebans punishment GUI

I am looking for a plugin that opens a gui by typing /punish <name>. From here the staff can pick a reason, and then a time, that can all we configured. This has to work with litebans.

White Pane = Minutes (Limit = 60)
Green Pane = Hours (Limit = 24)
Yellow Pane = Days (Limit = 31)
Orange Pane = Months (Limit = 12)
Red Pane = Years (Limit = 1)

Green Dye = Confirm Ban.
Book = Reason.
Redstone = Abort ban.
