Litebans Web interface help

Hello guys,
So basicly i used to own a server but i quit like 6 months ago.
A friend asked me to help with his but i came across a problem in the litebans web interface.
It says on the website it is in the database but it cant find the tables...
I checked both configs, edited and reinstalled all of them multiple times and everything is correct!
Also the tables are in the database as i checked with multiple tables.
What can the problem be?

That was my first idea, but apparently he is using a cracked version (which i do NOT support)

I won't/the developer will help you then, it is against of services/terms on spigot/his plugin page. He won't receive support then.
