No, it is not. However, it is not allowed if you are the winner, and decide to back out.. Well, it is allowed, but the OP can report you for wasting time etc.. However, most people do not do that..

But, yes you can retract your bid. It is more so a dick move to do than anything else.

I have taken a look around this server and looked at a variety of things such as Playerbase and your recent donation times.

You should not be titling this thread "[GREAT PLAYERBASE]" when you have 4 people online at 7PM GMT.

Also your recent donation was 3 days ago on Sunday the 29th of January 2017.

This server is also using a cracked/leaked version of Featherboard and AuctionHouse. (User was banned for leaking plugins on spigot).

The AuctionHouse version is the only leaked version out there which has the "Return All" duplication glitch!

I do not recommend that you buy this server!

P.S He should not be selling supposid premium plugins such as Featherboard & AuctionHouse!
