I think you should add live support from tawk.to. It would be really nice feature and it's free as well :p
You could use it for users who need a question answered fast.

True. But even like 30m on it + maybe you don't need support but there's like how many members on this forum, 1k members may be online at once and 500 may need help and like 50 need help immediately.

The problem with that problem setting is that everybody thinks that they themself is number 1 in the world, and would then use the live support for anything that could easily wait in a support request.
It would get flooded with trolls and tiny requests that trustworthy staff wouldnt be able to dig through to find actual people who needs help with something that cant wait for long, and so become useless.

No. Crazy idea. Not enough staff already, let alone thousands of members viewing the forum at once and abusing it. Absolutely useless, open a support req, PM a member of staff etc etc. Waste of time, effort and staff.

Would also block the useful links at the bottom.

I do hope this doesn't get implemented.

Then what is livechat gonna do? if someone who isnt a staff member is the one responding, they cant do shit.
