Hello, MCM!

I'm here to offer to the community, a few jobs for an upcoming Hosting Business. This project is about 70% complete, and I plan to launch it sometime in Mid-October. This company currently has two team members. Starting out, we will be offering Website Hosting but will expand to Minecraft, VPS and Dedicated.

We have a few different types of people we're looking for if you're interested, please send a PM with your resume, and if we believe you're a good fit, we'll be in touch!

All positions will be paid hourly, and work schedules are used.

Customer Support (LiveChat/Tickets):
Your job is to answer all the tickets and or LiveChat requests that come through as quickly as possible while providing a high level of support to our customers.
Requirements:
1) Be at least 16 years of age.
2) Have customer service experience or similar.
3) Experience with WHM/CPanel/WHMCS
4) High level of Activity on company Slack chat and active communication with other team members.
5) Ability to work with a team to get tickets and LiveChats answered promptly.

Publicist Position:
1) Be at least 16 years of age.
2) Prior experience with promoting services/companies.
3) High level of Activity on company Slack chat and communicate with other teams to determine what needs to be done.
4) Ability to work in a team, and be a leader.
