Drizzy does have a point though, good support and powerful hardware aren't unique to anyone, and neither does being around for a year.

Anything truly unique about yourselves? For example Crident has their custom panel (based off of ptero, but so modified it might as well be different at this point), as do we.

2. Pricing is never a unique selling point.

I'm looking for something really special, without advertising myself, something like:

• Fully Custom Panel - Take Crident Networks, they've created DinoPanel which is heavily modified version of Ptero to incorporate some really slick features no one else has.

• High Availability - Remove any possibility of downtime via operating without Single Points of Failure, automatic mitigation of services in the event of an outage ensure reduced downtime.

• Hourly Billing - Not exactly special, but a nice touch for people who don't want to pay for the full month, and just need a service for a week or so to test with.

Honestly, we are unable to offer certain features that other hosts might be able to, as we are focusing on keeping costs down as low as possible. Just so you know, we are actually working on a custom panel as well, which should be out within the next few months. We are a very small company, and as we grow we will add more and more to the list of things that we offer. In my opinion, I’m pretty sure we are offering a good deal as far as value for money goes. As we begin to earn more money and attract more customers, we will be able to expand and focus more towards integrating more unique features. However, I do understand your point, and respect your opinion fully. I believe you are right, but I would like you to understand the things I have just mentioned regarding our company. Also, I’d prefer that any further communications regarding this occurs in private messages, or via our Discord server. I’d like to avoid lengthy conversation in this thread.
