LlamaHosting is a company that allows you to be able to purchase hosting for a Minecraft Server, or for your website. We have a strict management, we take our jobs here very seriously and we work for success, not failure. Our top tier rankings are the following:

Sales Representative.
- This person will be in charge of selling products to customers. You will be one of our many faces and you will guide customers throughout the company to make sure that they find what they are looking for. You are expected to gather people to be able to purchase products of our stores. You will be held accountable for errors you initiate as well as some you take part in.

Support Staff Members.
- This person will be looking into situations found by customers alerting anyone of management about any real damage or loopholes found in the system. You will respond to customers over our website support and Discord. You will be held accountable if you disregard any customer in search of support or any unprofessional exposure to our company.

Marketing Team.
-This person will work closely with other team members, to look for different ways to market our services, you will be required to look for new services that the community need or interests that are coming up for new ideas, you will need to develop an idea plan of how this will work and benefits both parties.

System Administrator.
-This role is not for everyone, this role is designed for those who know there way around Linux and our series’s. You will be required to look and fix bugs and errors in our servers, install different plugins and make an experienced background in coding and system administration, you will also be installing new feature updates to panels and websites, while also keeping security at the top.

Developer.
-This is a one person role, you will need to know how to code, HTML, CSS, node.js, JavaScript and Java and PHP, this user will be making new panel designs and will be put to develop the websites, panels, and other needed things, you will be working closely with the system administrators, to and sure you can work at the same pace and feature with each other.

Anyone with a brain will realise that you have a range. A minimum and a maximum of what you are willing to pay per hour/day/week/month/year/whatever. What is your range for ALL PROJECTS? The range shouldn't change, since you're paying for someone's expertise.

You're not a serious CEO if you think that the work needing to be done changes the rate at which you charge someone. As for the expertise, that's the point in a range. Lowest is junior, highest is senior.

To any sysadmins here actually looking to grow and make their career worth something: Don't even bother here, it's not going to be worth your time. There's better stuff for a CV. This is just an approved contractor role and not an actual position here, they are treating it like freelance plus the ability to control you.
