Hello fellow Mc-Markets,

I am the founder/owner of LMS Prints. We provide cheap and high quality 3D printed objects with fast delivery. We sell prints from letters and numbers to gaming figures and custom requests!

I am making this thread because we are in need of a marketing manager. This position is paid, but not hourly or daily or weekly, unless you have a good offer. It is paid of a percentage of profit or sale you bring. This percentage has not yet been determined and will be negotiated with in discord. Basically, the more you advertise, the more money you make.

Normally piece work is accompanied by a baseline salary. Out of curiosity is the role purely commission based?

Hello,

The role is purely commission based. I'm not gonna pay someone upfront and they get no sales. This is not a big area of customers that want these items and I'm not willing to take the upfront risk.
